Mr. Mxyztplk -- Superman's impish foe from another dimension! A creation of writer Jerry Siegel and artist John Sikela, Mr. Mxyztplk first appeared way back in Superman #30. Sadly, Mxyztplk wasn't shown on the issue's cover, pictured below left.
Bat-Mite debuted in Detective Comics #267, cover pictured below right. Unlike Mxyztplk, Bat-Mite is NOT an imp! He comes from a dimension where everyone is his size. Also, he tries to HELP his hero, Batman, not annoy him.
